“One of the greatest motivators is progress”
People get hooked to fitness when they see the results that can come due to hard work and dedication.
A big reason why I think that a lot of people give up on their fitness goals is that they do not stick with it long enough to see results.
They put in the work needed, but stop right before they start to see changes because they think that nothing is changing.
It is important to document your journey whether it be kept private or put out on social media such as what I am doing.
Stick with it just long enough to see results, and you won’t want to quit 👊🔥
