Hummus is one of my favorite most versatile snacks! It’s so easy to pair with cut up veggies, crackers, salad, toast, etc. There’s so many hummus flavors out there & you can make it out of any bean you’d like! I have a sensitivity to garbanzo beans (chick peas) so this one is made out of cannellini beans & topped with everything but the bagel seasoning from @traderjoes 😋
Eating on trend for lunch today with this Hipster Hash: riced cauliflower and sweet potatoes with shaved brussels sprouts, chicken-apple sausage, and topped with a fried egg containing a perfectly runny yolk. Featuring @traderjoes EBB seasoning FTW.
🌱 I buy lots of kale when it’s on sale! Did you know you can freeze fresh kale? LOL went to make my usual breakfast this morning and realized we were out of @traderjoes #everythingbutthebagel seasoning and I about flipped. s + p just aren’t the same 🤷🏻♀️ still a darn good breakfast though
Hearty dinners are easy. Just roast your favorite veggies and enjoy! I added avocado with #EverythingButTheBagel seasoning from @traderjoes and some red pepper flakes.

This snack plate is everything 😋 Seriously wishing I had all these beautiful colors to munch on today! I know many of your have heard you should eat the rainbow 🌈 but it is extremely important! Every color holds different benefits from vitamins and minerals! For example orange colored fruit and veggies typically contain vitamin C & A 🥕🍊 BUT of you were only to eat orange colored fruit and veggies you would only reap the benefits from C & A. You would be forgetting all the other wonderful fruit & veg! Challenge yourself to get the as big of a variety as possible!
