I made Chicken thighs with nandos sauce and egg fried rice. I Had to make the rice twice as my mum found the chicken on top to spicy😬 LOL
I used chicken thighs instead of chicken breasts because I find chicken breast dry to quick if cooked for to long.
If you're into spicy food you gotta try this chicken.
👉 I pan fried the chicken thighs and some olive oil and seasoned with salt,paprikaand garlic granules. Once the chicken cooked thru I added the nandos sauce (medium heat) I swear it wasn't even that hot but for my mum this happened🤯🤣🤣.
Anyway I added the sauce to chicken and cook them for about 5 minutes. I removed it from the heat and set aside on a plate.
I than sliced up some onions added that to the frying pan with some oil 2 eggs which I mixed and chopped up while cooking, and added a handful of frozen mixed vegetables, I cook them together for a bit till the vegetables were nice and cooked,I then added three large mushrooms, 2 spring onions some bean sprouts the mixed everything together. I added some tamari sauce for flavour.
You can add more things in but that's all I had in my fridge. I haven't done the shopping this week yet so ingredients are very Limited🙃
You can slice up the chicken or serve it whole, you can put it on top of the rice, or on the side or wherever it doesn't really matter😛 hahaha
