You have a secret stash of sugar hidden somewhere? .
A packet of biscuits you bought for the kids but you end up eating them! .
Just one bite... oh shit that turned into the whole bloody biscuit... 2.....3.... fuckity duck!!
Do you then think that little treat you ate, that tiny little bite is really gonna screw your weight loss goal? Are you gonna die from it?? UM NO!!!! BUT it could be doing much more than that.. or not?..
Heres some of my tips to help you make the right decisions that are going to serve you and not SCREW with you:
1. Stop. Think about what youre putting in your mouth. Ask yourself how is this going to make me feel after? Good? Bad? Bloated? Full of gas? Is it really worth it?
2. If your hungry have chopped veggies and hummus in the fridge ready to go so you dont eat the ars out of a low flying duck with processed foods like bread, chips, biscuits.
3. Dont buy the sweets and treats!! Then the temptation isnt there!! 4. If you have ‘treats’ put them in a different place, like the laundry cupboard. We are creatures of habit!! 5. Save having a treat or your fave meal that might not be in your ‘nutrition plan’ for a certain occasion. Make it a family outing, share it with someone. Make it social and not an emotional ‘feed the need’ act.
Cause really was it worth it???
