Lunch and dinner for the next week!! If got veggies in baggies in the fridge, frozen grapes in the freezer, and little snack boxes of grapes and hard boiled eggs in the fridge as well!
No one ever said meal prep was quick - but do you know how much time I’ll spend next week on eating healthy? About a minute for the microwave to warm it up. 👌👌👌 Dinners are Thai Chicken Thighs with sweet potato and raw carrots.
Lunches are Jamaican Jerk Chicken, shredded on Basmati rice with baked zucchini sticks. Then I threw in a light sprinkling of grated Romano cheese just for some extra yummmm 😋😋 *I may have sampled the jerk chicken... SO YUMMY and not spicy at all. If you like more spice, look for a spicier jerk seasoning!
