We had an epic meal!
First, bread and butter.
Next, fried leek with endive and Swedish creamy cheese.
Next, local mushrooms with miso sauce and sesame and greens.
The, Arctic char with scallions, Swedish cucumbers, and browned butter with bacon.
For dessert, a warm pancake with cloudberry jam and cloudberry ice cream.
Lastly, sorrel ice cream with sweet pickled cucumber and caramel sauce.
One of the best meals I’ve had!
