These first five weeks of uni have really taught me how important it is to TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF - to take the time to rest, to laugh, to make your soul happy. This week has been non stop and crazyyy and I have so much due at the end of the month.. but I’m starting to realize that a person can only handle so much.
If you’re ever feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, take a break. Go talk to someone. Do something you love. Have a nap. Eat a burger. ANYTHING.
My anxiety effects my sleep at night
so I’m learning to work around it and make sure I’m going to bed at the proper times and eating properly.
Your body and your health is soooo much more important than school or work. YOU are so much more important.
Love yourself. Take care of yourself. I can’t stress it enough ❤️
