Brisket flat passing the bend test x4! I loved how this one turned out. Just rub, pecan wood at 250F for 14 hours, fat side down, spritzed with Dr Pepper a few times, finished at 197F then wrapped in pink butcher paper afterward and put in a cooler for a couple of hours.
