17th October 🎃
“I’m so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers.”
―Anne of Green Gables, L.M. Montgomery
and i couldn't agree more! so to remain in this mood i thought it would be funny to write a list of all my favourite things to do during fall so here you go!
🍂 best books to read: for this time of the year i highly recommend you 'the scorpio races'/'the raven cycle' series by maggie stiefvater. also a reread of harry potter would be amazing, with all those spells, pumpkins and magic stuff ✨
🍂 tv series: i'll go with 'stranger things', which i saw last year in october, one of my best choices ever
🍂 movies: of course i have to say harry potter... but also 'dead poets society', which i have to rewatch soon! this october is also going to be released 'the hate u give', based on the so called novel by angie thomas. i highly recommend you to one) read this masterpiece and two) give the movie a shot because i know it'll be awesome just by watching the trailer
• 'fall for you (acoustic)' by secondhand serenade
• 'jubilee road' by tom odell
• old but gold: 'autumn leaves'/'gold rush' by ed sheeran
• for all of my italian followers (but not only): 'torna a casa' by måneskin
🍂 activities to do: aahh so many!! drink a cup of tea while watching netflix under the blankets; get lost in the most mysterious corners of your city; drink tons of coffee in cute cafés; bake a cake/biscuits; walk on fallen leaves; discover vintage bookshops...
🍂 drinks: ¡¡PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE!! but also cappuccino, hot chocolate or tea! ☕
🍂 food: uhmm i love crumbles (with apples), pumpkin/carrot cake, cinammon rolls or biscuits, and pretty anything with hazelnuts or walnuts
