The past couple of weeks in a nutshell - up & down, slow and... Steady? My 1st & 5th measurements were taken during my period, so there was definite water retention and bloating. My 5th measurement was also taken after being off sick for a week, taking antibiotics and all sorts of ugly things.
Today was a breakthrough for me though, seeing my body fat drop below 27% is great, even if it is just by less than half a percent!
Diet was not consistent, despite my determination to stay 100% carnivore for 30 days. More on this later.
Now I'm back to regular keto (it's more affordable for hubby and I), I'm weighing, measuring and tracking everything I eat and exercising with a trainer at least 3x per week with the intention of jumping rope for 10 minutes on days that I'm not in the gym.
