🇨🇳 Pollution in China
I still remember an article that I read last year, that living in Shanghai for few years, shortens your life for approximately 4 years. Unfortunately China’s air quality influencing our life expectancy.
Chinese people are very healthy, in terms of you always see them working out, doing some exercises and walking (what is opposite in Ukraine at least, old people all they do is mostly sit at home and move as less as possible 🤧😓) They’re very energetic even when they’re old, but the question is, if this will change with the time?
So far China is ranked as 53 country in the list of life expectancy.
Also makes you think, if it’s worth spending your time here, knowing that you’re unintentionally poison yourself with the smog...🤔
However, there is always a solution :D
As my dear friend @margharitte says we should get black leather kouzhao (mask) 😅
I think we should start this fashion trend😬stay healthy&be fashionable✌️
This is what a -30c morning looks like, while standing in the middle of a river, freezing your arse off. And it wasn’t even cold enough to get the ice formations I was looking for. Turns out I need about -8 more. Cant wait for another buried 🍆❄️
