The worst feeling in the world is being uncomfortable in your own body. I know that I experienced feelings of being trapped, incapable, and insufficient. I felt tired, angry, and sad so much of the time. There are days when I don’t want to get up early, don’t want to workout, and want to eat allllll the pizza. BUT then I remember how far I’ve come and make a decision to chase my long-term goals instead of satisfying my short term desires. You know what? I have never regretted that decision. I’ve never said “man I wish I ate that huge bowl of spaghetti instead of my healthier option” or even more so “ man, I wish I’d drank more last night”. Since starting this journey, I’ve woken up with more energy, a clearer mind, and genuinely happier. I don’t feel out of control or full of shame. My friendships, relationship with Shane, and my relationship with myself has improved. I am still chasing goals, and will be for a while but I’m on track, I have the tools to be successful, and I’m showing up. The best part, these programs make it EASY. I don’t have to go to a gym or deprive myself of good food. I get to workout at home or on the go and I GET TO fuel my body with delicious and filling fuel for my body, LOTS of it. ———————————————————- We are 8 days from the start of a new month. We are 30 days from Thanksgiving. We are 63 days from Christmas. We are 70 days from the new year. Are you prepared to stay on track through the holidays?
