A couple of years ago I found myself in the middle of September already starting to make dietary choices like it was December 22nd. You know what I mean, right? Toward the end of December, I start making TERRIBLE choices. I start having pumpkin spice lattes every day and eating all baking and goodies around the ofice. I drink more than I normally do and don't exercise like I should, because, you know, "it's the holidays." And I suppose if it REALLY was just during the holidays it wouldn't be so bad, but December lifestyle started creeping into November and then into October and then halfway through September I was already mailing it in because I kept thinking "Well, I'll start fresh at the New Year." But that's a TERRIBLE plan because 3 months of unhealthy living means you're actively choosing a poor lifestyle for an entire quarter of the year. Then one day I thought... "What if I ended the year as strong as I try to start a new one?" And the idea for Last 77 Days was born. The intention is simple... can we be as intentional about taking care of ourselves and working on our goals for the last 77 days of the year so we START the New Year more on fire than ever before?! I can tell you the answer is YES! All it takes is a plan, a prompt and some motivational emails and a community of people who are dedicated to supporting each other!
