Here's my setup from this morning's back and biceps workout. The weights are set up like a runway so I can easily switch weights by just moving forward or backward to the desired weight for each move. In all, 90 reps in back moves, 90 reps in bicep moves, a little cardio, a little core, and done. This was the first I'd been told to set my weights up this way, and it works. Choose my own workout tomorrow as LIIFT4 has it as a rest day. Have a great Tuesday!!
