If that sounds like a good plan, promise me this: “I will NEVER deprive myself, but I will FILL my body with GOOD, NUTRITIOUS, HEALTHY foods. I will focus on MOVING for 30 minutes a day. I will REST when I am tired and I will take my vitamins and/or drink my SUPERFOODS daily!”
