How often do you feel guilty?
Guilty that you ate chocolate, guilty that you ate a pizza, toast or had takeaways third time this week?
And how often do you feel guilty about wanting to make changes and make better food choices but food seems to have more control over you than you over food?
It often feels like it is not the right time because we have a birthday coming up, then there is a wedding, then there is a stressful month and then there is winter and then there is summer etc. And so years go by and nothing changes.
The thing is - there is never the right time, unless we make a decision that we are done with the old and are ready to commit to the new - better, more, brighter, lighter and happier.
Change comes from motivation or desperation. Sometimes we need to hit rock bottom to make the decision that we want and need the change.
But what if we don't wait for rock bottom, and make a decision to commit to ourselves before that?
