I notice significant differences in my energy levels if I can't for one reason or another get enough salt in the morning. Not sure on any science or theories behind this so any info down below would be appreciated. Settle my curious mind 🤔

Not the greatest Omega 3 supplement, but I only found out recently after watching @foundmyfitness on Joe Rogans podcast that the level of EPA and DHA varies massively between them. Need a restock on that front 🤷🏻♂️
